Refund policy for digital products

Because our products are digital, once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, the sale is considered final. Returns or refunds for a change of mind are not accepted.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or downloading the product, or if you receive a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us at educacionmotivacionyliderazgo@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the situation.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights under applicable law. When the law requires a refund or another remedy, we will comply with that obligation.
